Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: £45,000, Mon-Fri days
Looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager with electrical expertise to lead our Leeds-based FMCG manufacturing team!
Responsibilities:
Oversee all engineering activities for smooth operations.
Lead a team of 2 engineers, providing guidance and support.
Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
Strong engineering management background, FMCG experience preferred.
Electrical expertise with comprehensive system knowledge.
Proven leadership skills, adept at team motivation and mentorship.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
Effective communicator with cross-department collaboration skills.
