Join client Workforce Solutions' client in Hull as an Engineering Manager and be at the forefront of enhancing asset efficiency in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, power, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage markets.

Your Role:

You'll lead and manage a team to deliver engineering design projects across various sectors, managing the full lifecycle from concept to commissioning. You'll be responsible for project delivery within budget and schedule, taking ownership of your projects until the final invoice is paid.

We're Looking For:

An experienced Engineering Manager with a track record in multi-discipline projects, adept at project management and with a comprehensive knowledge of engineering disciplines such as: Automation, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, EC&I, Piping & Process. You're results-oriented, with a strategic approach to planning and a 'one time right' mentality. Leadership skills are key, as you'll be motivating your team to meet targets and manage changes effectively. You will have practical expertise and experience with various phases of the project - concept, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
