The client is a specialist manufacturer of Aerospace components. They are looking for an Engineering Manager with actual management experience, who can lead the engineering department and be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining their Engineering Systems.
You will be directly managing and leading the team which comprises of CAD/CAM Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers & NPI Engineers so it is crucial you have a strong foundation of knowledge for these areas. In addition, you will be developing and introducing new products to help drive the projects and new innovation.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' experience managing a team within a Manufacturing environment
- Technical expertise in Design & Manufacturing Engineering
- Professional qualification in Engineering (e.g. Aerospace or Mechanical)
- Experience of Managing New Products
