Location: Covering Midlands / Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire!
Salary: £40K per annum + Bonus / Incentive Scheme!
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you looking for an Engineering Area Manager role that is out of the ordinary

We are the largest independent provider of technical services support to the UK drinks dispense industry, we're committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service and technical expertise to the more than 90,000 licensed and non-licensed premises that we support.

Your typical day at Innserve working as our Engineering Area Manager will include:

  • Responsibility for all technician activity in your area including installations and project work.
  • Monitoring costs and targets, coaching and guiding your team to ensure service levels are met.

You will enjoy a fast-paced environment with a growing range of clients within our industry leading teams, your expertise will help influence productivity and you will be a key colleague as we grow and transform.

It is preferred that you have previous experience as a mechanical / electrical engineer within field service.

You will be welcomed into a team of specialists who are passionate about "Keeping Britain Pouring" and who will do anything and everything they can for our customers and each other.

In order to be successful in this role you should already have:

  • Experience in a similar industry, with an engineering background (mechanical, electrical, plumbing or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable skills in managing/coaching guiding a team, setting and monitoring KPOs
  • Experience understanding and interrogating data allowing for correct decision making,
  • Developing a team to improve performance,
  • Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders / customers.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure that they are adhered to.
  • Managing a remote team of engineers,
  • Previous experience of improving team performance including productivity & enhancing a team culture.
