This will be a Permanent opportunity; the role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week at their Reading Office. Additional days when required can be worked from either their London or Warwick offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering design support and advice to contractor teams.
• Manage engineering services design and commissioning projects.
• Conduct site surveys for pricing and project management.
• Produce fee proposals, design deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver efficient solutions.
• Contribute to bid proposals and tender specifications.

Requirements:

• Design and specification writing experience.
• Membership or working towards membership of CIBSE.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Interest in spending time on-site as part of a contractor team.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in highly regulated industries.
• CSCS card holder and commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of electrical building services systems.
