Energy Services Executive

- Berkshire Based (Monday to Friday) - 8:30am to 5pm

We are immediately looking for an Energy Services Executive for a client of ours based near Bracknell.

As an Energy Services Executive you are responsible for the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the team.

As an Energy Services Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Installers and energy suppliers.
  • Processing and ensuring all data match requests are compliant.
  • Liaising with the Installers to resolve any compliance failures identified by the energy supplier.
  • Liaising with the Installers to resolve any issues.
  • Using various software, this includes Microsoft Office & bespoke energy supplier tools.
  • Resolving energy supplier compliance queries.
  • Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers.
  • Submitting data via the energy supplier’sortal and bespoke platforms.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance for Installers as and when required.
  • Liaising with the Finance team to resolve invoice queries.
  • Updating internal management reports.
  • Resolving failure measures in a timely manner.
