Energy Account Manager Bureau
Summary:
Do you have experience working within the Energy industry, particularly within Account Management and billing? We are looking for an Energy Account Manager to join a UK leading Utility Consultancy specialising in District/Communal Heating. You will act as a single point of contact for Property Managing Agents, Landlords and Housing Associations, to facilitate the onboarding of new sites and manage an effective service delivery. You MUST have experience working within the energy industry, skilled with Account Manager, producing billing reports and confident when to speaking with clients. - If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW!!
Key responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for Property Managing Agents, Landlords and Housing Associations enquiries.
- Assist in the resolution of residents’ queries.
- Manage onboarding of new sites and support effective, on-going service delivery processes.
- Work with Property Managing Agents and Landlords to ensure compliance in line with relevant regulations.
- Manage relationships with clients to ensure renewal and maximise sales opportunities.
- Produce monthly billing reports and support all billing and credit control functions.
Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of the Energy industry and of District/Communal Heating System is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with good Excel and Word knowledge.
- Ability to do work with clients.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
