Employment Solicitor
An opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ years’ PQE) looking for a new career challenge, and the chance to climb the career ladder with a respected law firm based in Bournemouth.
This forward thinking, Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success in Dorset and is looking for a qualified Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team, making this a key appointment. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team, giving you the right support required for progression.
You will have experience in advising employees and employers on employment law, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal, and general employment matters. Business immigration experience would be an advantage.
Your role as an Employment Solicitor/Associate will involve:
- A clear career path from the outset
- Being technically excellent, handling both claimant and respondent matters
- Being able to business develop and network to gain new clients
