Due to the ongoing growth of their company our client is looking to appoint a Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate and experience of practising employment law.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal advice and representation to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills, exceptional diligence, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to contracts, discrimination, dismissals, redundancy, and employee rights.

Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings, including preparing cases, conducting hearings, and negotiating settlements.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and protect client's interests.

Assist clients in developing and implementing effective employment policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
