Are you a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Employment law? If so, I have an exceptional opportunity for you! I am working with an esteemed legal 100 firm in the vibrant city of London. This role is suitable for an experienced solicitor ready to collaborate directly with partners and take charge of a diverse caseload.

Your Role:

As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will navigate the entire spectrum of employment law, addressing challenges such as unfair dismissal claims, discrimination issues, whistle-blowing cases, TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation (including insolvency situations), redundancy matters, general advisory, and optionally, providing counsel on senior executive exits.

What we’re looking for:

  • You should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
  • You will have experience in handling a caseload of employment law matters
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
