• A new position has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a growing and expanding practice.
• The team handle a caseload consisting of the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, contracts and service agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and reorganisation, business transfers, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, maternity and parental rights, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
• You will have at least 2 years’ experience in handling your own varied caseload of employment matters with minimal supervision.
• You will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• You will be looking for a supportive firm who encourages a healthy work life balance along with the opportunity to progress and develop your career.
