Joining a specialist team in the Surrey area, the successful Employment Solicitor will utilise their skills and expertise to provide high quality advice to employers and employees on a range of employment matters. Additionally, you will have a passion for business development and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Acting for employers and employees
  • Representing clients at Tribunal hearings
  • Unfair dismissals
  • Settlement agreements
  • Equal pay claims
  • Effects of TUPE
  • Drafting contracts and agreements
  • Advising on employment related corporate matters
  • Supervision of junior staff members
  • Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
The Candidate
  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years’ PQE
  • Technically proficient in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Commercial awareness is a pre-requisite
  • Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to develop long-lasting client relationships
  • Strives for high standards in their work
  • Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
