Your new role
Your work will comprise a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters involving advisory, restructuring, transactional and international work. You will work with a diverse range of clients undertaking a substantial amount of business development to build / maintain client relationships. You will play a key role in the team, supporting the partners and senior team members, as well as running your own caseload.
Travel to London and Oxford will be expected from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified employment lawyer having gained the benefit of training and development in a well-respected employment team. You will have comprehensive employment law knowledge, with a clear record of handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for respondent clients.
