Employment Law Solicitor - PQE: 1 Year +

Achieve Professionals is seeking a talented Employment Law Solicitor of 1+ year PQE to join a friendly, down to earth law firm based in Northampton.

Position: Employment Law Solicitor

Location: Northampton

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 pa

Experience & Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will join a small team and be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of both respondent and claimant work, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across a range of employment law matters.
• Manage a varied caseload encompassing both respondent and claimant employment law matters.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for hearings and tribunals.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, conciliation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and fostering client trust and confidence.
• Stay abreast of developments in employment law and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services within the firm.
