You :

As a result the firm are welcoming interest from senior associate and indeed partner level solicitors to supervise colleagues and handle a diverse client base, including both employers and employees, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. These include discrimination, restrictive covenants, HR advisory, TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancies, settlement agreements, data theft, misappropriation of confidential information, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and other contractual issues.
