Are you an Employment Law Fee Earner, seeking a new challenge within a highly established Legal 500 Firm?

Our client is in search of a committed Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earning Paralegal to join them on a full-time permanent basis, collaborating closely with the Head of Employment. This role presents an opportunity for you to demonstrate your proficiency in Employment Law within a supportive and inclusive environment, where your expertise will be highly valued and appreciated.

What will be expected from you?
  • Acting for employee and employer clients in respect of employment matters both contentious and non-contentious
  • Ensuring effective management of costs
  • To promote the Firm to existing and new clients
  • Dealing with basic commercial and charitable enquiries
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and performing effectively under pressure
