?? About the Role:
- As an Employment Associate, you'll have the opportunity to support the development of the Bristol employment team.
- Representation in employment tribunals, civil court proceedings, and appeals.
- You'll advise commercial clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, offering fast-paced work with huge variety.
- Range of matters such as TUPE, redundancies, restructuring and integration.
- Conducting investigations, including regulatory inquiries, and managing strategic initiatives such as compliance with emerging legal mandates.
?? About You:
- An Employment Associate with 4-6PQE or 6+PQE who is proactive, personable, and passionate about employment law.
- You'll have experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong academic background.
- Enthusiasm is key, as the firm want you to hit the ground running.
