  • With a client base across various sectors, the team particularly excel in financial services, fashion, retail, luxury goods, and media, navigating complexities in LLPs, private equity, and venture capital firms.

About the Role

  • Responsibilities for this role encompass advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is including discrimination, restrictive covenants, HR advisory, TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancies, settlement agreements, data theft, corporate transactions, and contractual issues.
  • There will also be opportunities to represent clients in litigation across different courts.

Person Specification

  • The firm are seeking candidates with 3-7 years PQE in employment law, with a strong academic background.
  • Transactional, advisory, and litigation experience are desirable, as is experience representing both corporates and individuals.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage a client-facing role both independently and as part of a team.
