A Legal 500 law firm with a strong regional presence are expanding their Employment & Immigration team and looking to recruit a mid level solicitor for their Cambridge office.

Employment Solicitor – Salary up to £90,000 – Cambridge

Excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable firm with a growing reputation in the market. The department regularly act for employers, corporate and SME clients.

The Employment team act on a broad range of matters to include discrimination, whistleblowing, contract breaches, redundancy, TUPE, tribunal claims.

The Candidate
  • Employment Law solicitor with up to 4 years PQE.
  • Good exposure to contentious and non-contentious matters acting for employers.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
