Off-the-back of continued growth, my client is looking to expand their market leading Tax Advisory team that specialises in this area, and are looking to recruit an ambitious, bright and technically adept Manager and Senior Manager, who can play a key role in delivery of Advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses and private equity firms.

The team specialises in the implementation of employee share options/share plans and other long-term workplace rewards and incentives, enabling employers to help attract and retain the best talent and nurture a fully committed and highly motivated team of employees.

These typically take the form of Enterprise management incentives (EMI), Company share option plans (CSOP), Share incentive plans (SIP) and Employee ownership trusts (EOT).

To qualify, you will ideally be ACA/CTA qualified and will have gained experience (2 yrs+) in a Tax Advisory role, where you will have gained exposure to the delivery of Employee Share Options/Reward and Incentives Tax, either with an Accountancy practice or consulting firm. My client is also very receptive to considering candidates with a legal background/qualified solicitors, who have gained exposure to this area, and who wish to broaden their expertise.

You will be technically strong and have excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and support the development of junior colleagues.
