I am pleased to be working with a well-established organisation based in Poole, who is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective employee relations support to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Manage a caseload of low-risk employee relations cases, offering advice and guidance to managers and actively working towards timely case resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar employee relations role.
  • Must hold a CIPD Level 5 Minimum 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

This is a full-time position for 8 weeks, working on site 4 days a week and 1 day from home. If you are an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who can hit the ground running, we would love to hear from you!
