Do you have previous HR or Employee Relations Administration experience and you are available to start work immediately?

Are you adaptable and open to working for company who are going through a period of change?

You will be working in an ongoing temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent opportunity at the end of the contract.

** Due to the position being based in the Education sector they will need to complete a DBS check before confirming a start date. If you have an existing DBS that would be a huge advantage **

My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in. You will be working within a busy team based in Longbridge, where you will be based in their HR team.

My client also offers a professional and friendly working environment, flexible hours and on on-site gym, which you can use free of charge.

  • The position will involve supporting the HR Manager and Advisors by taking minutes in disciplinaries.
  • Gathering witness statements.
  • Putting new starter packs together and chasing outstanding information, whilst ensuring all correct information is on the system for new starters.
  • Dealing with occupational health referrals and sending welfare invites out.
  • This is a busy role that will also involve building relationships with internal colleagues and meeting a variety of Administration based deadlines.
