Employee Relations 3 month FTC £70 - £90k pro rata
Due to a strategic change of direction they are reducing the size of one of these teams, hence this opportunity to lead a downsizing exercise.
This will take place in June, July and August and will primarily be office based (Canary Wharf)
The Role
- Lead the Collective Consultation and Redundancy for between 20 and 30 people.
- Run meetings with managers across the business
- Guide the process in a professional and meticulous manner
- Keep the C-Suit fully informed and comfortable with the process.
- Some more BAU HR Generalist cover may be needed on occasion to support the HR Team.
The Candidate
- Must have plenty of ER experience within a FCA regulated firm. Ideally a Bank.
- Must have experience leading Collective Consultations.
- Must be free to work in June, July and August in the Canary Wharf Office
