Employability Tutor

Greater Manchester

up to £28,000

Reed Further Education are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic employability tutor to join one of Greater Manchester's largest social enterprise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality employability training to adult learners. You will be expected to deliver engaging and interactive sessions that will help learners develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering employability training to learners
  • Developing and delivering engaging and interactive sessions
  • Providing one-to-one support
  • Monitoring progress and providing feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress
  • Liaising with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of the employability programme

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS)
  • Experience of delivering employability training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality education and training
