Emergency Nurse Practitioner (Prescribing)
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Job Type: Permanent - 3-5 Days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Emergency Nurse Practitioner to work in Bridgewater, Somerset on a permanent basis - 3-5 Days/week. The site operates 24/7 therefore candidates will be required to work shifts including days and nights. The role will involve:
- Working at a busy medical/urgent care unit at Hinckley Point C
- Emergency response covering trauma/medical emergencies on site.
- Walk in treatment service for injury/illness.
- Health surveillance/OH medicals
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Cannulation when required
- Immunisations
- Baseline measurements
- Fitness for work assessments
- Wound Care
- Minor injuries care
To apply you will need to be NMC Registered Nurse Practitioner with previous Emergency Nurse Practitioner experience. You will need to have previous A & E, Acute or Primary Care experience, you will need to have immediate or advanced life support qualification aswell as a prescribing qualification and have a full UK manual driving licence.
Salary: up to £55,000 + Enhanced Rate of pay for Nights and Weekends + benefits
