EMEA Renewals Sales Co-ordinator

EMEA Sales Renewal Coordinator; Reading: 9-month contract; Full time hours; £16.00 ph PAYE; Inside IR35
We have an opportunity for a sales renewal coordinator based in Reading working with in a busy IT function. The role will be reporting into the Sales Co-Ordination team lead.. The team have a hybrid working arrangement, with a 60% requirement to be on site and the working hours are 9am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-5pm on Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited, to, the following:

Generate Maintenance renewal contract quotes
Management of Maintenance Renewal contracts in our ERP system
Be the expert of data integrity for our CRM tool Salesforce.com
Provide support to the inside sales team related to maintenance contract renewals
Be the interface from a renewals perspective and maintain good, regular contact with sales teams
Be involved with any systems development and testing as related to renewals team
Deploy & execute best business practices

Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

Graduate Calibre or equivalent.
Experience within a sales environment/customer service
Excellent Customer Services skills required
Experience within the IT sector or similar
Exposure to EMEA organization processes and structure
Must be very organized in approach & customer facing
High level of attention to detail
Good time management skills
Team player
Previous experience of using a CRM or ERP tool would be an advantage (i.e. Oracle/SAP/ SalesForce.com etc.)
Intermediate Excel
European language would be an advantage
