EMEA HR Business Partner - with Fluent French

Bracknell, Hybrid working (with European Travel)

£60,000-£70,000 plus car allowance, plus bonus, plus benefits.

A brilliant opportunity for someone fluent in both French Language and French Employment Law and a CIPD qualified professional with a background of working in a multi-site global business to join this impressive business.

The role

Working with senior management teams and collaborating with key decision makers this role will include:

Talent review and succession planning - working with the talent acquisition team

Assisting with workforce design

Dealing with any ER issues that may arise

Working with team members to review and be proactive in strategies for training to ensure growth of skills and retention of staff

Work with managers in reviews and appraisals

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practice

Work with metrics to understand trends

Lead change through employee engagement surveys

Working with integration of employees from acquisition

Supporting diversity agenda

Conduct training on processes and HR procedures, inductions and leadership

What you will need to be successful

Fluent French

European Employment Law knowledge - with French employment law ideal

CIPD Level 5 minimum qualification level

Experience of working in a multi-site global organisation.

Solid track record in HR

Excellent communication skills

Able to travel across EMEA region
