Electronics Test & Repair Engineer

Working in a small professional team, due to ongoing expansion, this successful electronics manufacturer requires an additional person to help with the fault diagnosis and repair of highly specialised electronics products.

Requirements:

- Able to use electronics test and diagnostic equipment

- Ability to fault-find down to component level on both analogue and digital PCBs

- Able to de-solder / solder on PCBs to replace faulty components

- Able to work to high standards to rectify faults

- Able to test repaired system to specification

Job Description

- Fault diagnosis on electronics systems that have been returned as faulty by the customer

- Fault-finding on analogue and digital PCBs

- Rectification of faults found

- Repair of PCBs

- Test system against specification
