Electronics Technician
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: GBP32,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm, Friday's 8am - 2pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an Electronics Technician to join their ever-expanding team. This is a very hands-on role requiring a self-motivated individual that will contribute and support the production.
Requirements of the Electronics Technician:
· BTEC or City & Guilds, in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
· Fault finding / diagnosis of faults on electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
· General maintenance of electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
· Construction and wiring of manufacturing equipment, including wiring of electronic / electrical control cabinets and panels
· Building of prototype boards and populating final printed circuit boards
· Basic electronic and electro-mechanical equipment testing
· Calibration of electrical equipment
· Portable Appliance Testing
· Experience of light mechanical engineering.
