An established engineering company based in Derbyshire who are market leaders in the Automotive Industry have a new opening position to recruit for a brand new Electronics Development Technician join the team and business on a permanent.

Salary on offer:
The salary on offer for the successful Electronics Development Technician is £29,000 - £36,000 per annum.

The role:
The successful Electronics Development Technician will be responsible for aiding develop remanufacturing solutions for intricate automotive electronic /mechatronic control units. This is a rewarding opportunity to enhance your technical skills in a nonstop progressing industry. 

Electronics Development Technician Key Skills:
  • 1-2+ years industry experience
  • Background in Electronics, Remanufacturing, Reverse Engienering, Automotive
  • Good understanding/experience of electronics circuits
  • Experience in electronic fault finding to component level and PCB rework methods
  • Reverse engineer electronic circuits to find root causes of failures
  • Enact rebuild solutions for electronic hardware and software failures
  • Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Test equipment – Oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers etc
  • Knowledge and experience of automotive operations, wiring diagrams, electronics, and communication protocols
  • Create technical documentation
