Company overview & Job Title:
A fantastic and award winning engineering company located in Aviemore (Scotland) who are experts and work on high quality technologies for AI (Artificial Intelligence),Telecommunications & Autonomous Vehicles are now actively seeking to recruit for a brand new Electronics Design Engineer to join the company on a permanent basis. This role will suite a Junior Electronics Engineer, Graduate Electronics Harwdare Design Engineer with 12 months industry experience or an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with 1-3 years’ experience.

Salary:
  • Electronics Design Engineer: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Role:
The successful Electronics Design Engineer will be able work on the new and latest technologies that will include Electronics Hardware Development for specification, design final testing and release.

Electronics Design Key Skills:
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent required
  • Knowledge and application of fundamental electronics
  • 1-3 years industry experience
  • Graduate Electronics Engineer with 12 months experience is good
  • Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
  • PCB Design & Schematic Capture
  • Circuit Simulation – LTspice or similar
  • Practical skills - Prototyping, debugging, soldering, fault find, bench testing
  • Good communication and team work skills
Nice to have skills:
  • FPGACPLD Design & Development - VHDL, Xilinx, Verilog  
  • RF
  • High speed layout (> 10GHz)
  • 3D Field Simulation
