Electronic Technician

Actio Technical Recruitment’s dedicated Electronics recruitment team are assisting our Belper based client with their search for an experienced Electronic Production Technician to join their team.

Based in Belper Derbyshire, our client is an innovative electronic technology business who work closely with clients to solve their complex requirements.

The Job
Due to an exciting growth period and ongoing success the company are looking for an experienced Electronic Production Technician to join their team. You will be working within a small but modern manufacturing facility where you will be producing electronic products of the highest standard.

Reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will have a variety of tasks including:

• Test
• Assembly
• Through hole soldering
• Working on production, new product integration and some prototyping.
• Working with development teams
• Fault finding
• Proposing improvements to production and process
• Some logistical duties

About You

We are looking forcandidates who have experience of working to IPC standards, have relevant qualifications in Electronic Engineering or equivalent and have previous experience working with electronic manufacturing processes.

Due to the nature and quality of work, you will need to demonstrate consistency, integrity and a high level of attention to detail.

You will be motivated to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, have excellent communication and problem solving skills and be keen to improve processes and procedures.

Salary and Benefits

This role is offered on a permanent basis and is paying between £23,000 and £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
