Position: Electronic Engineer

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Location of office: Coventry - Hybrid Work from Home Available

The Role: A highly successful electronics business, who design and manufacture IoT connected devices now require an Electronic Engineer to join their growing Engineering team. They have a very healthy new product roadmap ahead of them and as such are keen to add an industry experienced Electronic Engineer to the team to work on new product design projects.

Skills Required:

• Digital and analogue circuit design
• Multi-Layer PCB design
• Schematic capture
• Microcontroller design

In this role you will report directly to the Electronics Manager, and your core responsibility will be to work towards the development of their next generation product range whilst maintaining their existing products.

The ideal Electronics Engineer will be degree qualified and be able to illustrate industry experience in a similar role, ideally designing cutting edge electronic products in a high-volume design environment. You will be strong designing analogue and electronics circuits, designing multi-layer PCBs, schematic capture and be familiar with Altium, PADS or Eagle. Whilst any experience with safety critical standards, embedded design or experience IoT connect devices would make your CV standout.

Desirable Experience:

• Altium, PADS or Eagle
• Safety critical design
• Low current design - battery powered products
• EMI or EMC testing
