We are recruiting for permanent Electronic Assemblers for a leading global manufacturer of hydrophones, ultrasound transducers, test stations and acoustic materials located in Dorchester, Dorset

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per year depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
  • An understanding of electronics and principles of electrical assembly
  • Soldering of components
  • Demonstrable ability to use a selection of hand tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques

Essential

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work within a quality system
  • Can-do attitude
