Your new company
Provide the maintenance for a large social housing contract based in East Anglia, they pride themselves on providing a high standard of service to the occupied properties that their team provide the maintenance for.
Your new role
Will be covering a large patch across East Anglia including Cambridge, Northampton, Southend, Hatfield and Bury St Edmunds. With this in mind it is important that you are willing to travel across this large area. You will be providing the electrical maintenance to occupied social housing properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified electrician with your level 3 in electrical installations, 18th Edition as well as test and inspect. You will need to have experience in a similar position as well as being able to pass a DBS check.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £35,000 + benefits + out of hours bonuses.
