We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Salford, Manchester. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out EICRs in tenanted and void properties in the area

The Electrician will be expected to complete:

  • Testing and inspecting in tenanted domestic properties
  • Testing and inspecting in void domestic properties
  • Maintenance works in void domestic properties


We are really keen in speaking to any Electricians that have:

  • NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 (Gold Cards required)
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 or equivalent
  • A full UK driving Licence
  • Social Housing experience


In return, the successful Electrician will receive:

  • £23.00 per hour
  • A company van and fuel card
  • CIS payments available
  • Ongoing work we have other electricians on this contract who have been there for the last 9 months
