We are currently recruiting for a couple of Electrical Project Manager to cover areas such as Cambridge, Bedford, Chelmsford and London. The role is a Permanent, full-time position and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidates will receive a company van and fuel card, 21 days holiday + bank holidays, company phone and laptop.

Typical duties would include:

  • Estimating and submitting pricing documents
  • Managing and training office and site personnel.
  • Understanding of the contract design and construction drawings.
  • Discuss relevant information with Client, agents or on-site personnel and attendance of regular on-site meetings with Clients, Architects, Planning Supervisors and Quantity Surveyors.
  • Managing Subcontractors and enforcing Health and Safety standards on site.

The Successful Candidate:

  • A fully qualified Electrician with 18th Edition, 2391 Testing and Inspection (or equivalent) and City & Guilds NVQ level 3 Electrical Installations.
  • Proven experience estimating and submitting pricing documents.
  • A good understanding of health and safety.
  • Strong communication.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (Preferable)
  • At least 2 years of experience (Desirable but not required)
