They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their dynamic team operating in the office refurbishment industry. Based in Buckingham and serving London and the Home Counties, this role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in transforming workspaces while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical projects within the office refurbishment industry from design phase to handover, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Manage on-site supervisors and a team of skilled site electricians, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout each project. -

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project goals.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.

Maintain meticulous documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the office refurbishment or related industry.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or project management are advantageous.
