Based within one of the UK’s leading privately owned specialist food manufacturing groups, they are an extremely well established manufacturing group with over 50 years of food production knowledge, and they are looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to add to their existing team.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of Fast-Paced Automated Machinery
• Understanding of PPM Systems

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering, though you will need to be multi skilled and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as packaging, conveyors, and processing machinery within a high speed PLC controlled automated environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience of circuits, 3-phase motors and drives within an automated environment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required.You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment.Longer term opportunities are also available within this instantly recognisable company to progress your career.
