Job Title: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Static)

Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, training and development opportunities, company pension scheme

We are currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems across commercial properties
  • Carry out electrical installations and repairs where required
  • Diagnose and rectify faults with electrical systems and equipment
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure work is carried out to their satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the maintenance team

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role, carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial properties
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

In return for your skills and experience, we are offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum,. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and have access to training and development opportunities.
