Electrical Maintenance Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the heavy engineering / fabrication industry based in Dudley. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experience Maintenance Engineer to join the close knit maintenance team.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Position Overview

  • Carrying out installation work on machinery
  • Assisting with the electrical site maintenance
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance / repairs to process machinery
  • Carrying out testing of emergency lighting and alarms
  • Fault finding on logic controllers
  • Completing shift report documentation

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Position Requirements

  • City & Guilds 18th edition is advantageous
  • Proven background within a Maintenance Engineering role with an electrical bias
  • Based in a commutable distance of Dudley
  • Knowledge of DC drives and inverters is desirable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible with hours and shifts, including the occasional Saturday shift

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Starting Salary £32,000 - £36,000 + overtime.
  • Current working patterns (Based on 40 hours) below:
  • Week1: 6am-2pm Mon-Fri
  • Week 2: 8pm-6am Mon-Thurs
  • Week 3: 1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Death in Service benefit, Healthcare cash plan, Pension scheme
