Are you an Electrical Engineer or Electrician with a level 3 Engineering qualification, seeking to transition from hands-on work to a role at one of the UK's leading engineering companies, where you'll receive extensive training and support to become a fully qualified Electrical Instructor and make a direct impact on the future of engineers?

As an Electrical Trainer, your primary responsibilities include delivering training in Electrical principles through theory and practical training. You will be involved in maintaining and updating training documentation, assessing student course work, and providing feedback on their performance. Additionally, you must ensure the implementation and compliance with company security, health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. Previous training experience is not required, as the company is willing to develop you into the role.

This role would suit an Level 3 Qualified Engineer, Electrician or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to directly impact the future of Military Engineers and unlock your full potential as a Trainer. THE ROLE:
* Providing training to future Engineers
* Assess coursework and provide feedback
* 37-hour week, 8:30am-4:30pm

THE PERSON:
* Electrical Experience
* Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds Engineering Qualification
* No teaching experience needed - training program & shadowing for first 6 months
* Based commutable to Gosport
