Electrical Engineer

STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for an Electrically Biased Engineer for their highly respected client in the Peterborough area.

This job provides a great chance to work for a market leading company who manufacture across the UK. You will work providing a combination of breakdown maintenance cover alongside a planned schedule of preventative maintenance, ensuring that production downtime is kept to a minimum.

The position covers both Electrical and Mechanical work with a bias towards the Electrical side. You will be fault finding on single and 3 phase motors, control systems, PLC’s and sensors whilst also doing some installation work. Alongside this you will complete mechanical work, covering drives, gearboxes, pneumatics and some hydraulics.

The role is available on a rotating day/back shift pattern covering 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on Monday to Friday.
