Are you an experienced electrical engineer with experience in surveying and designing who is looking for the opportunity to get into the forever growing renewable energy sector?

Do you want to join a new business who have exciting growth plans and who will support your development into a head of department level role?

This start up business have been operating in the development and installation of domestic and commercial PV systems over the last 2 years, their new business plan will be focusing on the development of the commercial side of the business. In line with this development, they have ambitious growth plans for the next 12 months and are looking for a new electrical engineer to join this team.

In this role you will oversee a variety of tasks including site surveying, feasibility studies, pricing, designing, and technical support. You will oversee the electrical engineering department of the business, gaining industry leading training in the solar sector and as the company grows you will move into a 'Head of' role recruiting junior engineers to work underneath you.

The ideal candidate will come from a general electrical or solar background and have experience working on Commercial projects. You will need to have a good understanding of UK electrical regulations and have previously carried out surveys and design processes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to take a step off the tools and eventually progress their career into a management level role.

The Role:
*Electrical Engineer (Commercial Solar)

*Based in Milton Keynes office, site visits nationwide when required

The Person:
*Electrical background and competency with qualifications to support
*Experience with design/estimating/surveys
*Solar experience is beneficial but not necessary
*Good communication and leadership skills
