Electrical Design Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist manufacturing company who are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer

The company design, manufacture and install specialist building products used in prestigious projects. They offer an innovative approach for their customers delivering expertly designing solutions in often challenging physical environments.

Working in a diverse and fast paced environment you will be key to the continued delivery of designs and the on-going development of the design team.

The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for:

• Preparing electrical specifications, BOM’s and wiring diagrams
• Supporting the delivery of projects from concept to commissioning
• Providing advise at all stages of projects
• Support and help manage a small team of engineers
• Designing electrical control panels and boards

The Electrical Design Engineer will need:

• Previous electrical design experience
• An electrical background, either degree qualified or apprentice trained
• Experience of working in a project led manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of wiring regulations and ideally 18th edition
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead other
