Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Westbury in the recruitment of an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their busy team.

Your New Role

You will manage and deliver a portfolio of installation projects within the construction industry from pre-construction handover through to successful completion. You will undertake financial and risk management, ensuring projects are profitable and that Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Compliance is maintained whilst delivering great customer service.

You will manage all project resources including labour, materials, and time effectively to maximise profitable delivery, manage subcontract partners to deliver high quality work on time, first time as well as attend and participate in Contracts Manager meetings. You will also build strong relationships with the client's team, subcontractors, delivery teams and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have previous Electrical Contracts/Project management experience, knowledge and skills to analyse and solve in-depth problems and execute appropriate actions, as well as good customer service skills, with a definitive focus on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a day rate between £300 - £350 per day on a long-term interim contract.
