Salary: Up to 80k

The primary responsibility of the Electrical Team Leader is to ensure the successful completion of electrical installations on a daily basis and adherence to the daily schedule. They provide technical support to electricians, manage daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and paperwork requirements. Additionally, they oversee communication with electrical subcontractors and direct electrician employees to monitor job progress throughout the day. Candidates will be evaluated during the interview process to confirm their understanding and acceptance of the role's expectations.

Responsibilities:

Supervising electricians in the field, addressing technical inquiries.
Ensuring completion of paperwork to standard and submission upon job completion.
Ensuring adherence to MCS and RECC standards (SEAI for ROI).
Managing the daily schedule, overseeing and adjusting electricians' workload.
Conducting or assigning surveys as needed.
Pre-vetting jobs on LMS as instructed by the Installation Controller.
Handling ticket resolutions.
Implementing training and identifying training needs.
Managing routine aspects of the electrician workforce (leave, sick leave, disciplinary/grievance matters, etc.).
Managing the weekend schedule rotation.
Qualification Requirements (or willingness to work towards):

18th Edition and Inspection and Testing (ROI equivalent I.S. 10101:2020 or in progress).
Solar PV installation experience.
Electric Vehicle (EV) installer certification.
Knowledge and Background Requirements:

Experience and competence with NAPIT certification.
Familiarity with MCS (for GB & NI), RECCs (for GB & NI), and SEAI (for ROI) standards.
Understanding of solar roofing principles.
