We are currently looking for a HSE Advisor for a Life Science project in Cork. This will be an immediate start. You must have 2+ years of experience within a full time health & Safety role.

The successful candidate will be required to :-

- Engage with the workforce to develop a positive safety culture.

- Help resolve issues and challenges as they arise

- Conduct daily safety walks and weekly site audits.

- Assist with the site orientation inductions

- Assist with incident investigation and the establishment of root cause.

- Maintain the weekly safety stats.

- Assist with the review and approval of RAMS and Safe plan of Actions.

- Assist with weekly tool box talks.

- Review and approve new plant and equipment as it arrives on site.

- Provide help and assistance to the site construction team on all matters relating to health & safety.
