EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Overview:
Hire Stone Recruitment Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting the educational development and psychological well-being of children and young people.
Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of children and young adults.

Intervention Planning: Develop and implement tailored intervention plans and strategies to address educational and psychological challenges, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Consultation and Collaboration: Provide guidance and consultation to teachers, parents, and school staff to create inclusive and supportive learning environments for students with diverse needs.

Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of current research and psychological theories related to education, integrating evidence-based practices into interventions and recommendations.

Individualized Support: Offer counseling, therapy, and support to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, learning difficulties, and behavioral concerns.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Educational Psychology or Clinical Psychology with a focus on education.

Full accreditation and registration as an Educational Psychologist with the relevant governing body.

Proven experience (X years) working as an Educational Psychologist within educational settings.

Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and psychological assessment tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with children, parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
