We're seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to embark on a rewarding contract journey with us, based in the beautiful county of Hampshire. This exciting opportunity offers competitive pay starting at £1200 per week outside IR35 on an umbrella rate.

The Role: As an Educational Psychologist, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing and supporting the unique needs of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify barriers to learning.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
  • Delivering training and workshops to enhance the understanding of educational psychology principles among staff and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification in Educational Psychology (e.g., Doctorate in Educational Psychology).
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience working as an Educational Psychologist, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to travel within Hampshire for school visits as required.
